Evolving Communications offers three edit suites, one Standard Definition, and two High Definition in the cosy surrounds of Hawthorn, a few minutes east of Melbourne.

Just a few kilometers from the city of Melbourne with easy access by all means of transport, and within a few meters of our edit suites we've got probably the best coffee in Melbourne, (outside of Carlton) the best pub in Melbourne, and lots of local services. Below is the view of the pub from our HD edit suite. Nice.

Avid Symphony Nitris DX
Real-time Editing, Finishing, and Mastering in High Definition and Standard Definition
In a client supervised session, it's the time to focus on quality, efficiency, and productivity. The Symphony Nitris system integrates the Symphony finishing toolset with Avid Nitris hardware for the real-time horsepower you need for high-throughput, high quality HD and SD finishing.
The architecture is optimized for highly responsive real-time editing using the latest generation of HD codecs, including HDV, XDCAM-HD, DVCPRO HD, AVC-I, and Avid DNxHD.
Both edit suites to now run
Media Composer 5 and Symphony Version 5 software respectively.

Common to both suites -
Boris Continuum Complete - Comprehensive library of video filters and transitions and Sorenson Squeeze - Multimedia export with customisable compression templates. Ingest almost any format and resolution, and deliver to HD, XD or Digi Beta, in fact any format you like. All suites have ADSL2+ cabled and wireless access with on-site FTP servers.
